    Is this a one-time payment?

    Yes. Mode pays one fixed price for a permanent license to the copy. You can't license the same records to another buyer for 24 months after you sign.

    Will my customers or employees be exposed?

    Mode removes names, contact details and identifiers before the copy goes to AI developers, and you can ask to review a sample first. Your attorney should still check what your customer contracts allow you to share.

    What am I promising when I sign?

    That your company owns the records, has the right to share them, and has left out health records, card numbers and anything about children. You also stand behind those promises if someone makes a claim later. Read the license agreement with your attorney before you sign.

    Who sees our data?

    Mode, and the AI developers it licenses the cleaned copy to. ERC Specialists and the person who introduced you never touch it.

    How was my estimate worked out?

    With the formula Mode uses on its own site: office staff, field staff, years of records and where your team works. The real offer comes after Mode reviews your systems, history and record volume.

    Who pays the person who introduced me?

    Mode does. The referral fee doesn't come out of your offer, and you never pay anyone a fee.

    What if we don't qualify?

    The team will tell you on the first call, before you've done any work.
